Crafting
How crafting works, and every recipe.
The basics
- Command:
/item craft. Start typing an item name and the ones you can make right now come first. Add an amount, orMAX/ALLfor as many as your materials allow (it defaults to 1, and the most you can make at once is 1,000). - Cooldown: 5 seconds.
- On the website: use the Craft button on your inventory page, or right-click an item and pick Craft Item to see only the recipes that make or use it. Each recipe shows what you have of every ingredient, with an amount picker and a Craft button.
- Everything on a recipe is used up, except anything marked as not used up (like the Airplane for a Nuclear Bomb). You need all of it before you can craft.
- Some recipes need you to have finished reading a book first. Buy it from
/shopand read it with/use(it takes 3 days). - A crafted tool starts with full durability.
- Crafting ingredients are gone for good. A Time Shard can't bring them back.
Rocks
When a recipe asks for Rocks, any rocks will do. The cheapest ones you own are used first, so you won't burn a Diamond if you've got Copper to spare. Rocks that a recipe already needs by name (like the 2 Diamond for a Diamond Pickaxe) don't count towards the "any" rocks.

What you can't craft
- Hazmat Suit: it can't be crafted. You earn it by launching a Nuclear Bomb with
/use: pick a country, confirm, and press Launch. Everyone in that country is locked out of economy, image and fun commands for an hour, and you're given the suit.
The opposite of crafting
Some items can be broken down into materials with /item recycle.
